So simple and so difficult! Now, I have another question. I know these are guidelines so.... we have to have the mindset of "just doing something", right? And then increase the amount, right? Because if *I* walk 2779 steps and say Mr. 6' tall walks 2779 steps - he will have gone much further than I have! But has he worked any harder? Ultimately, MY 1 mile is more than his 1 mile, in terms of exercise. I need to walk 3.5 miles to get in 10,000 steps. That seems like a lot but two 30 minute sessions and then regular daily steps should get it there. (I'm thinking out loud here.)
