I peel and cut them up and freeze bananas, papaya, peaches, etc. and freeze whole strawberries, blueberries. My parents will be here next week and I want to treat them to some fruit smoothies for snacks. Also juicing, but we'll go stock up on veggies when they get here. Got to keep my mom out of the kitchen, she just likes to deep fry everything.

My mom is the same way. When I was growing up, everything was deep fried!! Now she just lives off of cereal. SO.. it's either one extreme or the other.

I grew up with health nuts for parents (mostly my dad). I didn't even know what deep frying was until a couple years ago, lol.
