DD and DH want any they can have fiber bars, fruit bars, that is in Their basket to use. I cannot exercise right now because of my gout. Waiting for the celery pills to come. I had two egg whites fried with mushrooms and two slices of 45 calories whole wheat bread and tea for breakfast. a banana for a snack lemon water lunch I waited till 1pm had won ton soup. half a sandwich snack frozen yogurt dinner minestrone soup and small salad. Snack 1/2 cup oatmeal cooked before bed, Helps me stay regular.

That's GREAT that you are aware how important it is to eliminate sugar from your diet. It is one of the number one inflammation causing ingredients in the American diet. You'll feel better and may even see some weight come off as a result of your newest change in your diet.
