Oh boy, I sure do understand this!!!!
I just eat until I am not super hungry. I try to leave the table just a little bit hungry. I don't like it when I feel stuffed. If I leave the table just a little tiny bit hungry, it seems to catch up with me later, and I find that I am actually full enough.
I don't like keeping a food journal....like Pam, it makes me fixate and think about food ALL.THE.TIME. Or, like Linda, I keep forgetting where I put it! And I am lazy.
