If one of the students is behind it, they could have a case (as the article indicated). But, I'm guessing it is just some outside observer trying to make trouble.
At the public high school I attended, every year near Easter time, they have a live reentactment of the Last Supper done by 13 high school boys. It's in the evening, outside school hours, and there is not obligation for any student to take part. Everyone loves it.
Generally speaking, these Freedom from Religion people are just putting their noses in other people's business - not defending anyone's rights to be an Atheist or a Secularist- only attacking.

I thought about this today, when my pastor said our church and a few local churches will be providing lunch for our fire dept. that helped with the Bastrop fires last year, and anyone else who wants to come out and thank them. I'm glad our little town can still do stuff like this, but I don't know for how much longer.

Yes Lisa, I'm thankful for the little towns that are still allowed the graces to do things that the world isn't too!

I guess when they stop all churches from helping with anything, they will realize just how much their community is helped by church people. Good luck getting anything from the Gov!!!!

It's so sad.
