So, today she posted this video (with recipe links) of how she made 100 meals (b-fast, lunch & dinner for 11 people for 30 days) in a weekend.

Of course, she's *raising* those people she feeds!

And, in her spare time, she writes this great FREE curriculum (some of which I use : )

And she blogs.

Wonder what she does with all that boring, unfilled time on her hands? ;)

I just talked to my bff about this. I said it had been SO long since i had any time alone and i was going bonkers so i was going to try a "virtual day home alone". I wrote out what i would be doing from making dh a lunch for him to take out fishing all day and sending my mom off with a friend for the day to all the things i wanted to accomplish. It was all cleaning!!! She was surprised i didn't have things like taking a bath or reading a book on the list. I'm dying to get my house in order!!!

The thing is - you have to be organized, be motivated, have the time, the energy and the $ - all at the same time for this stuff to take place. I think i'm about ready for the retirement home at this point! :?

Dh and i were talking about my job. He let me know (which i already knew) that he had no expectations of me working. If i want to work, that's fine. If i want to quit, that's fine. :) Well, i don't want to "quit". Not just yet. It's STILL a big challenge for me and i'm still feeling stupid a lot of the time but we already have the rest of the year mapped out - vacation's and such. I know i'm not great at the job but i'm doing more than *I* ever tho't i'd be doing! I'm continuing to learn, slowly. Learned something today. Learned something yesterday. I hope they stick. :? But, we've also talked about a couple of things i need to start learning. I've done one of the things before - just a little and i don't think it would take much for me to learn it for real. The other thing is totally new and uncharted territory for me. And, i don't really see how it would be so helpful for them for me to do this.

Guess i'm just blabbing.... again.
