There are SO many ways to cook it - I have trouble imagining not liking ANY of them. I find it's really good just sauteed whole with salt & pepper (& very light oil).

i used to not like brussel sprouts. Then Dadia, for those here who remember her, shared a recipe where you broil them a little after steaming them with olive oil and garlic. Now I cant get enough of them.

I always say cook the heck out of, then cook 5 more minutes, lol!

I love it cooked in the skillet with coconut oil, then served with eggs. Thats my favorite breakfast.

I may have to try this in Dadia's memory. I've never liked brussel sprouts! Maybe she can change mind?
