Shows it is NOT localized to Houston but ALL of southeast Texas. Video with officials from Batson, TX (NE of Houston midway to Beaumont) said they raised a bridge 3-4 feet after Tropical Storm Allison and the water is now 6 feet over that bridge. :shock:

Official in Louisiana said this is Katrina 2

:( So many many people are losing so much. My heart goes to the animals that are penned or leashed and have no chance. People caught unaware or unable to get out of harms way i am also concerned for. And yes, people in general. Stuff is stuff but LIVES MATTER!

Yes, the entire area is flooded. It's just that Houston us such a big city that it's getting all the attention.
