I'm not really looking at tiling. I'm just looking at the layout. This one caught my eye except that pointy spot would be hard to clean and the walls are a bit too tall:

They are very pretty showers! I wish there was an easier way to keep them clean, because I'd love to have one. My aunt has one that her grandson built after her dh had his leg amputated.
She has her dd come in to help her clean, though.

Hey Sis! Build you one of those new outdoor "green" showers... Then you wouldn't have to clean it... Trees and bushes are the privacy fence...

These pictures remind me of when I was looking up ideas for a teenager's bedroom. Everything I found was for rich people, I couldn't find one single picture of a normal bedroom in a normal house. If I had that kind of money, I would just hire a decorator, not try to do it myself!

Maybe you were looking in the wrong place. You need "shabby chic"! LOL

Lol, maybe "thrift store"!

I did find a cheap bed and mattress from Walmart that got great reviews, though. Who knew, it was the last place I thought to look.

i think of my personal decorating style as

'early garage sale' or occasionally 'late welfare office'

& yeah - thrift store is the place to buy great stuff

I don't buy much and i don't buy often so i don't feel bad or wasteful if i buy a "good" piece of furniture. OTOH, i will RARELY buy anything that costs a lot!!!

I will "do" with hand-me-down sofas or dressers, etc, if they come my way when needed. (Then there's my dh. We have FOUR dining tables - two are stored. We bo't one of them new YEARS ago.)

I think the last NEW stuff we bo't was about 10 years ago.
