Me, too! So, this is what my first try was:
Maybe have some ham and cheese and make 1) quiche muffins including ham, cheese, scallions and spinach with cornbread muffin, and grapes, 2) sandwiches - ham, cheese, lettuce, 3) “lunchables” - crackers, ham, cheese, snap peas, and vegan Oreos
, 4) potato, ham and cheese soup, maybe with Brussels? and 5) mac and cheese with ham and peas! 6) Grilled ham and pineapple kabobs with rice (giving greens and cheese a break), and ... last, if not least, 7) grilled Swiss and ham sandwiches with pineapple and basil leaves! (Martha Stewart - my new flavor combination attempt.) Maybe some baby tomatoes on the side.
