Good grief Charlie Brown! I can't do a simple garden! I can't! It has to be a crazy-expensive-work intensive-life fulfilling MAZE or something! LOL I tho't I should get out there today to start working on it but I needed to decide what I'm doing. I want to do a key hole garden for some, some container things, and I don't know what all. I am firstly having to decide what we'll really USE and what I can preserve so all that work doesn't go to waste. I have 10 websites going on gardening, a book I want to pick up at the library and a gardening calendar I need to look at. So much to do!

Well, I'm no gardener, but it is MID WINTER out there! (despite your daffodils - they can get really confused sometimes- I cannot count the number of times I've seen snow covered daffodils).

Mom always said that potatoes were to be planted on St. Patrick's day - I'm guessing that's a good time for the rest of the stuff, too.

No need to rush just yet - enjoy the process : )

Well, possibly BECAUSE it's so unseasonably nice out that I'm dying to plant the garden, right? BUT, what if, this year, for some strange reason, it really decides to STAY warm!? I could have a jump on the garden before it's so terribly hot. (I get overheated easily.)

I found a calendar online that you can put your zip code into and it tells when to plant each crop! Pretty cool, eh? http://allthingsplants.com/apps/calendar/?q=
