The web site from the link above won't even load for me. I'm not sure if it's my computer or the link itself.

The email link works fine for me. The trouble I am having is that it mentions to "log in" and I cannot find the login button.

It went through for me yesterday with no problems.

I just received an email apologizing for the problems and asking me to try again.
I did and my order went through.
They do still have some 2012 DVD"s left, so if you missed out on last year's free DVD you can still order it if you hurry.
