Hello everyone! I am new, and wanted to introduce myself. I am so excited to have found a message board, I didn't know they were still around! lol.
My name is Shirley. My husband and I home school our ds who is 13, and dd who is 10. Our oldest is just about to graduate high school (she attends ps), and is heading off to college in Boston in August. My husband is a pastor, and contractor. I work part time as an administrative assistant, in which I bring my two home schoolers with me (they complete independent work while I'm in the office, and we complete read alouds, lessons, etc. when we get home) 3 days a week, and the other two we school at home.
I just wanted a community of support. I live in Philadelphia. I am going to attend a co-op in September, but looking for current moms to connect with.
