But not new to homeschooling! My eldest son and his wife now homeschool their 3 children, and I am hoping my youngest son and his wife do the same when their baby is older. I often wish someone would stop by my door every morning with a youngster, so I could again spend the day teaching. I loved it, and the 20 years of teaching went by too fast! I am hoping to reconnect with homeschoolers and encourage families. See you around! Annie |

Welcome, Annie - delighted to have you here! (BTW - you've got a GREAT name! : ) I love homeschooling, too - and hope that one day if she has children, that my daughter decides to homeschool, too. |

Hi Annie! I couldn't help myself. After my kids graduated I was still drawn to curriculum and still hung out on the homeschooling board - oh wait! I'm still here! My youngest graduated fifteen years ago! LOL I have had the pleasure and privilege of homeschooling a granddaughter for a bit.

Welcome! I'm homeschooling 3 of my 4 kids (one's a baby) and you might see me whining on here about all the challenges because of their learning disabilities. I hope when I'm done, I will feel the way you do about it. I do love getting to stay home with them and watch them learn. I've been coming to this site since before I even started homeschooling. The people are wonderful and I've learned so much over the years. |
