The homeschooled sailing girl that raised some controversy awhile back? I haven't read her book or anything, but I remember hearing about it. Well, I follow a blog called Homeschooling With Dyslexia and joined their FB page, that is run by a mother of 8. I love her posts and advice. She is like my guru. Anyways, this morning she posted this: http://homeschoolingwithdyslexia.com/ho ... -dyslexia/ and I went, "Oh, this is THAT family? The one with the famous sailing kids?" I had no idea, lol! I just think it's really interesting. |

Oops,, I forgot to mention in my post, that it is her daughter. Didn't want to force anyone to read the link to get that info, even though it's probably a good read for homeschooling in general. |
