I'm working now, but my daughter is older. I have known single parents who homeschooled with younger children. They usually found a relative or homeschooling friend to watch the kids while they were working. They left instructions of things to do and then they did the lion's share of the schooling when they got home.
I'm sure you already know this, but single parents are always tired. ALWAYS. You won't be any more tired adding homeschooling to your already overwhelming load. You can do it if you really want to!
