Post subject:  What is on your plate?

I am going to try and remember to post what I eat each day.

Starting today I weighed and Lord I gained weight, we will not discuss what I weigh right now :x

B: 1 egg and 2 whites scrambled
1/4 cup shredded cheese
one small whole wheat whole grain pita bread
1 container small of greek cherry yogurt
Green tea and stevia

S: The whites of two hard boiled eggs
green tea

L: 2 ups lettuce, tomatoe, 1 can tuna in water with fat free or low fat Italian dressing 2tbsp.
cheese stick
green tea

S: 1 cup yogurt with a banana and 1 tsp wheat germ

D: 3/4 cooked whole wheat pasta with sauted mushrooms and spinach and seasoning.

I have made out my menu for a week.
weighed and will see in a week how much I have lost.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with 1 T. Coconut Oil and 1 T. ground Flaxseed.

Snack: Apple from my tree

Lunch: Green Salad with Chicken strips and homemade Olive Oil and Lemon Juice Dressing

Snack: 1/4 raw almonds

Dinner: Brown rice
Leftover grilled chicken with jerk sauce
Romaine salad
