Just found a new love, curry. My version is a blend from two began cookbooks I have, and suggestions from ds ;) he calls it mild curry. I also successfully made chapatis on my cast iron griddle and poofed them up in a hot toaster oven.

I'm hoping there's a recipe coming :)

This one is my new favorite - a friend made it for us recently (without the coconut milk)

Yeah- me too : )

I've made my own, I've bought fancy ones. But the basic grocery store variety suits my American tongue ; )

They sell it at Indian groceries. To the best of my knowledge, it's just a jar with a mixture of the two. If a recipe calls for it, I usually just sub a little of each : )
