 Post subject: well after 15 days of going back

to somersizing, I am down one inch this week in the waist and one and a half in the bust. no pounds gone, I do not understand why the pounds do not go down. I do not count calories I do watch the quanity I eat

It can be very frustrating!!!!!!! Then one magic day it will drop a few pounds at once and you'll see the results of eating well. Hang in there.
