All of these are very important for our well being. As i continue on my little-sleep regime i was asking myself which one to focus on "first". My mom has been going thru such a difficult time with not being able to sleep due to coughing, not feeling well enuf to eat, and being too weak to walk and what i've witnessed is that when she gets to sleep, she then feels more like eating. When she sleeps and eats, she feels more like moving.
SO, if my "findings" are the norm, sleep is first. But, exercise helps sleep! It's a vicious cycle!!!

The problem is finding a way to get good sleep.

For those with a cough, a pain, or whatever - you almost need a hospital strength tranquilizer. For those with old-fashioned insomnia - nothing seems to work.
Just rattling off some tho'ts cuz i'm TIRED! So thankful i don't have a real job!
