I am having a green shake for breakfast (wheat grass lemon flavored) water water When I get hungry: a green salad, tomato, hard boiled egg, cucumber tbsp olive oil dressing with lean meat on top, if my stomach growls later will have protein shake water water water

Figured out how to make spaghetti sauce without all the tomatoes I use beef broth cooked down in the meatsauce with just a half tsp tomato sauce, just to give it color.
