Post subject:  my coffee froth

large cup of black coffee
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp whipping cream
and two squirts of cafe creamers caramel macchiato whipped up in my magic bullett.
oh I am in love.
years ago I worked 3rd shift and had to drink just plain black coffee, if this stuff had been around then I would not had minded working third shift. ;)

Hahaha! It is addictive! I dont use as much butter or cream as you do, but I LOVE my coffee made this way!!

I actually make plans ahead for bulletproof coffee days, because I want to sit and enjoy it, not drink it in a hurry. Other days I drink it regular with half and half and stevia.

It takes me awhile to drink it.
I went through my closet took out all my slacks and jeans and got rid of two slacks because they were fitting really tight in the legs , not any more I am down a size in the jeans and down a size in the bra. not losing weight but down.
I did decide that after the first of the year depending on how much weight I lose, which is none so far, but inches, I may go back to south beach phase 1. just a thought

I think my body is happy where its at. I have started running again, so maybe I can get at least my stomach smaller.
I need new pants not because they dont fit, but because I've worn them out, lol!

Thanks, Sis! Yeah, my foot issues have cleared up "finally!".. So I started back a few weeks ago. Only 2 miles at a time right now, but I hope to add to that slowly. I've missed it so much!
