I have used this recipe for an Orange Cornmeal cake from Martha Stewart that calls for 1/2 cup olive oil, and you can taste it but it's balanced with the orange zest and white wine. This cake is awesome. I only use 1/2 cup sugar and sprinkle the top with some turbinado sugar crystals, it crunches nice. https://www.marthastewart.com/337339/orange-cornmeal-cake |

A CUP of oil - wow! Coconut flour - EW! And what in the world is erythritol??? |
