Post subject:  Making out my menu for the week.

Monday
p shake with collagen and healthy fats
pork roast , cauliflower rice, broccoli and salad
another p shake with added healthy fats
Tuesday
rest of pork roast and veggies and a salad and healthy fats added
Wednesday
eggs in ghee butter, bacon and an avocado
spinach cooked in butter and salad and link sausage and salad
Thursday
cornbread
veggies with butter
brisket
salad
Friday
eggs in ghee butter bacon and an avocado
p shake with collagen and coconut oil
see what is left of the meat and cauliflower and a salad with good oils
Saturday
p shake with collagen and coconut oil
2 scrambled eggs with somilk and bacon with ghee over the eggs
rest of brisket , 2 fried eggs and an avocado
Sunday
p shake with collagen and coconut oil 2 eggs ghee avocado salad with oil and chicken

sis those are GOOD FATS, not all fats are bad. olive oil, coconut oil, butter, ghee, all good
real cream with real fat all good.

No, GOOD fats are nuts, avocados, olives. Ghee may be ok but butter and oils are not - IMHO.

No, GOOD fats are nuts, avocados, olives. Ghee may be ok but butter and oils are not - IMHO.

olive oil no trans fats only 1 sat, coconut oil good for you no trans fats , butter the same, avocados yes, olives, yes and the good fats in the oils help you lose weight. you only use 1 tbsp at a time.
I am down a bra size and the jeans I have been wearing that are usually tight are getting loser.
I cannot eat carbs, or very very few anymore. That is how I got fat.

Thankfully it's just food and our salvation does not rest on getting it "right". :mrgreen: Yes, you'll lose weight like that.
