find me a weight control app , I started using it.
I am eating only when I am hungry, coffee with sf syrup. I eat veggies, meat, whatever I want that will not make my cholesterol go up.
so in one day I am down 2.4 lbs.
I will try to update once a month
I hope to be almost or within 20 lbs where I want to be by january 1st.

I am on a lose 10 lbs by Christmas challenge! Eeek!

It's going to be so hard with the holidays coming. My family will have TWO Thanksgiving meals!

Tory,
use dessert plates , the small ones. drink water between bites ,
I am drinking sugar free flavored coffee , heard coffee revs up your metabolism. We will see.
But I am also one meal a day. I do not eat breakfast anyway.
