I think my kale is old. I've been chewing on the same piece for 5 minutes and still can't swallow it. :?

Breakfast isn't quite working for me yet. I'll probably go back to a simpler breakfast like bread with hummus. I'm "supposed" to have greens with EVERY meal. I don't mind Brussels sprouts for breakfast but the rest kind of gag me. And oatmeal is not going down well these days either.

sigh

Ah well. Upwards and onwards!!!

IMO, Kale either needs to be thoroughly cooked, or marinated in a salad.

This is how I like it

I really like this lady's ideas, too - it's where I got my inspiration (but I use my oil free dressing)

I know what you mean, Sis. I switch up cooked and raw, overnight oats. This helps me when I do not know what to eat

I will blend it up a frozen banana or other fruit (my ninja blender pulverizes apples). I only use one scoop and it lasts awhile.
