I half reluctantly and half giddily enjoyed my cheat day yesterday. It WAS national coffee day, ya know. I had 3 cups of coffee with cookies! Clam chowder with a handful of oyster crackers and a slice of salted french bread. A small pkg of sour cream and onion chips with two baby diet pepsis. About a cup of gnocchi with butter. About a 5" stack of Ritz with canned chicken and mayo. YIKES!
This morning my blood pressure was at 165/92! 92! And my weight ballooned up 4 lb!
Yeah - i won't be doing THAT again! I won't do a whole cheat day again, i don't think. The clam chowder and the Ritz with the chicken and mayo might've been good - the rest was just meh.
I am contemplating my meal plan for this week. I want to keep it simple.
