in my instant pot this week. We just finished up the ones I did two weeks ago.
I like beans., I do pinto and navy. with cornbread.
nothing fattening about that.

I would like one like that but since I already have a stove top model and our gas here is so cheap, I can't justify buying an electric one unless we move and don't have a gas stove anymore.

I love mine for making potatoes, rice, beans, chili. I get in a rut and can't think of new things to cook in it so was wondering what kinds of things you have made.

It's a brand of electric pressure cooker. I think the Instant Pot can also work like a slow cooker. Mine is a stove top model so it works a little different but I use it a lot for things.

I bought several types of dried beans yesterday. I don't have an instant pot but I'm considering getting one. My kids dont usualky eat beans, but they're older now so perhaps their tastes have changed.

I miss having good beans cooked up. Canned ones aren't as good to me.
