No, i'm not doing vegan right now but my bff is thinking about it. She's concerned about B12.
My search is getting a lot of stupid links rather than actual information. Any help here?
I think the current thinking for vegans is to use fortified products like nutritional yeast, vegan milks, and cereals.

It takes YEARS to deplete the B12 in one's body if you don't have some weird condition (like pernicious anemia). And, if you're not perfectly vegan, odds are you get enuf from diet.
