Post subject:  I am still trying to find

my "window" to eat on intermittent fasting,
I am thinking 4 to 6 pm . Starting tomorrow.
I will eat healthy, and have food that will fill me up so that I do not get hungry before bedtime. In the morning I will have plain tea. and water till 4pm.
I know I can do this.
I read on facebook that every women's doctors suggested it to them. That is encouraging.
When we can get insurance in a month or so, I am going to go to DH's doctor. He is Asian and hopefully he can work with me.
I have read so many articles here lately on Statens that make you want to wring some doctor's necks.
I know that is what is making my legs hurt all the time.
I looked at Dr John Bergman's video's and he said that no one should be in constant pain, Someone needs to find out what is causing it. Duh, I have been asking my doctor that for two years. they just ignore and go on writing subscriptions.
So I will let you know the end of July how much weight I lave lost. Just remind me.
I am not kidding , remind me.

I'm sorry you're in so much pain all the time. Have you tried natural anti-inflamation foods? I know turmeric is a good one, as is ginger, and garlic. I can look up more if you're interested.

Also, what do you mean by every women's doctors recommended only water till 4pm? Is that just the fasting? Because I've never been told that by any of my doctors.

drinking water or unflavored unsweetened tea, that is it till 4pm , your body is suppose to get used to being fed at that time after about a week and you are not suppose to feel hungry. so we will see. Kinda reminds me of weigh down, but you are suppose to eat only when your stomach growls.
