Know thyself.
It is helpful when planning my food to think about my hardest part of the day. I can often do well, when i'm thinking about it, all day long. BUT, once dinner is over and things are settling down.... the munchies attack almost without warning. If i get *hungry* i can have a protein shake or dinner leftovers but that's seldom the case. I want to crunch on something - and NOT raw veggies.
I want greasy chips, salty crunchy pb pretzels, and carbonation. But i must break this cycle.
Since it is light longer maybe it would be good to get in the habit of .... no, not go outside. Maybe do some embroidery or something. Hmmm. I have some started SOMEWHERE.
I tho't i'd come confess here in hopes that i would feel fortified somehow. LOL
