That's MY doctor, lol. We just lost a friend due to complications of infection from gout. For years I have shared being vegan. A few ladies in my crochet group have taken serious steps to eat mostly vegan. They have been able to stay trim and best of all, mobile. There is one lady my age who can not bend down to pick something off the floor. Her knees do not bend due to arthritis. She has had surgery to unlock a frozen thumb, now complains about scar tissue. People are using surgery to try and alleviate arthritis problems. |
