http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/caul ... -pea-curry DS helped with the spice mix, he added a few more spices: bay leaf, cardamon, sushi ginger and black pepper and subbed orange juice for the water. We had it on rice. I add a whole sauteed onion. I have never made anything curry. Sure beats steamed cauliflower. It took longer for the veg to cook than the recipe says. |
