Post subject:  Spring clean the body
i woke up with my "shoulder out". That's the best way to describe how it feels. But, it's not the only ache i have. I want a body re-do, a spring cleaning, so to speak.

I want/need:

eyes checked
to go to the dentist
to ask a knowledgeable person about lumps and pains and rashes
to fast
a pedicure
a good body stretching
a full-body deep massage
a facial
and my hair trimmed, washed and styled

Am i missing anything?
