Starting today I weighed and Lord I gained weight, we will not discuss what I weigh right now
B: 1 egg and 2 whites scrambled
1/4 cup shredded cheese
one small whole wheat whole grain pita bread
1 container small of greek cherry yogurt
Green tea and stevia
S: The whites of two hard boiled eggs

L: 2 ups lettuce, tomatoe, 1 can tuna in water with fat free or low fat Italian dressing 2tbsp.

S: 1 cup yogurt with a banana and 1 tsp wheat germ
D: 3/4 cooked whole wheat pasta with sauted mushrooms and spinach and seasoning.
