I've always been a low carb dieter. I know once a long while back I did do weight watchers with great success as well. Especially since I could have whatever I wanted as long as I counted those points. So I didn't feel deprived.
But I've been doing some reading and it seems that weight watchers has changed their points system and those things aren't really allowed anymore and if they are they take so many points you couldn't afford them.
Just wondering if weight watchers has gone more to the carb counting instead of the calorie counting?

It stands for Trim Healthy Mama. Basically you separate the food fuels in each meal. Very low carb with high fat foods.. Or higher carb with lower fat foods. Lots of veggies!
