I've been such a failure for such a long time now that i waffle between "knowing i can" and "knowing i can't". :?

I'm "warming" up this week but starting little habits. I "joined" a Holiday Hero challenge on my fitbit. I *think* it's a challenge to reach my designated step goal today. One thing i am noticing, the fitbit is not recording all of my stairs climbed. I've been upstairs at least 3x this morning and it says once. :x I have a "goal" of 5x in a day and i should easily make that today if it would only COUNT them!

I do a lot of stairs at work. They are really a workout! Tell that fit bit to get with the program! Lol! If you are climbing stairs you want the credit for it!
Ps: you are not a failure...

:D
What helps me at times when I need motivation. I ask myself "how bad do you want it?"

Do I "really" want to lose weight or only like the idea of being trim? Do I "really" want to run or just like the idea of being able to say I ran a 10k?

How bad do I want it? This thing i am longing for? If I REALLY want it bad enough I will do the work to achieve that goal. Period.

It becomes a mental adjustment and no reward can replace it.
