:( I had oatmeal for breakfast and maybe a 1/2 c shredded pork roast at noon. I feel full and fuller. That was 2 hours ago. If i was smart i wouldn't eat anything the rest of the day!

Really? I've not noticed meat being much of a problem for me. I need to track better. While i was tracking everything, nothing bothered me! Hmmm.

Pork can make me sick. It doesnt always but when it's cooked certain ways it does. Pork roast is one of them.

Weird. Tonight we had chicken breast with veggies - carrots, zucchini, onion and a salad of lettuce and tomato. That should be ok.

That sounds really good! Tonight dd made chicken, mashed potatoes, and stir fry veggies (broccoli, carrots, onions). It was good! We almost had the same dinner as you.

My mom has baked a lifetime's worth of cookies, to send in packages to family. So I feel bleh from all the cookies I've been eating. It's my weakness, I can't have them in the house. I recently mumbled that I felt so fat from eating too many cookies and dd said, "Mom, you're not fat, but even if you were, it's worth it!" Lol.

SOMEtimes it is worth it. ;)

I've got to learn to count the cost and then apply financial thinking to my calorie thinking. (Or bloat response!) Last night i wanted popcorn but decided against it cuz i had to fit in my jeans this morning for work! But, i woke up bloated anyway. sigh Today is friday and i aready have an order in for clam chowder. I'll walk down to get it and walk back and try to walk around the bank a lot. AND i'm skipping breakfast. I always try to skip breakfast on clam chowder days but sometimes i forget.

I can delay financial decisions until i (usually) decide not to buy. With food, i usually "buy" and say "this is the last time"! :?
