I can't imagine losing weight eating potatoes. I wonder if they were just boiled with nothing else? MINE would be fried with onions or baked with 1/4 stick of butter, sour cream and bacon!

I turn baked or boil potatoes in breakfast burritos. I dice them and saute them with diced peppers and onions with a sprinkling of oregano and cumin. Of course doused with salsa.

We do that a lot, too, - with sausage and/or bacon, of course! ;)

Yeah. No.

You MAY say, "No Butter, Sour Cream, Bacon or Sausage for me! I'm on a diet!"

Just NOT "No potatoes for me! I'm on a diet!"

:P :P :P I kill all my healthy foods with fats. :( Oatmeal - yum - with butter.
Veggies - yum - with butter. Salad - yum - if someone else makes it and it has Ranch. Potatoes - yum - with butter and sour cream (at LEAST butter). Beans - yum - with sour cream. See how i am?
