machine together last night DH showed me how to get it a moving I did it this morning for two minutes it says to start with that a couple of times a day for a week, then five minutes and more and more each week. It goes get you out of breath. You can go how slow or how fast you want. It is all in your legs. so if you push hard and fast you burn more calories. So we will see by the end of January how much weight we have lost. It is fun. I can watch tv or something on you tube while doing it. I had to go to qvc on youtube to see how the women got it a moving. you can go to youtube qvc rodeo core and it gives the video to give you an idea of what it is and how it works. That is our Christmas present to both of us. |

Tory you can hold on to the seat in the back or there is a short handle in the front. after awhile you can not hold on at all. It is suppose to also help your balance, and I really need that. |
