The first five weeks of nutrisystem was fine. I lost 12 lbs

I am giving the bars and snacks to dh and dd.
They are way too sweet

so now I am back to doing somersizing and it is food combining.
Some people find it hard some do not.
I just make a schedule of when to eat carbs and when to eat protein/fat and I am doing a lot better.
Not hungry all the time like on nutrisystem

I have my carbs in the morning and protein/fat/veggies for lunch and dinner
and a protein for a snack.

I am down another 3 lbs.

wish me luck, my goal is to be down in the 130's by end of year if not more.
People tell me I do not look like I weigh the weight I do . But I do

I'm there with ya Linda. I want to lose about 50 lb! Once i'm there i may decide to go further but i know i'll feel great losing 50. Are you still doing the kettle ball?

I am starting tomorrow (again). I was hoping to join TOPS for some group accountability but dh says no. But, i'm determined to start anyway.

My mom is cooking dinners now but she's wanting to see me lose weight also. I just need to keep track of everything i put in my mouth this week - even measured out, i guess. Tomorrow is weigh in and measure. My first goal is 10 lb. I've been eking up little by little and need to get things under control. My blood pressure is starting to creep up also.

(LOL - i've never written "eking" out before! It sure looks funny!)

Well here it is nov2nd. I stopped nutrisystem , did lose 20 lbs on it,
I went back to intermittent fasting. I eat till full from 1pm to3pm. Right before 3pm I have a protein shake.
I have lost 2 more lbs. Hopefully I will be below 150 or more by 1-1-17.
my problem is my bras keep getting smaller. So I have gone to sports bras , I can wear one and not have to change the size all the time.
If you are losing weight, find a system that works for you. Everything does not work for everyone.

Today I am having for my meal ww chicken pot pie, salad, pear and protein shake.

When I go back to the doctor in February I know she will ask how I lost the weight and I am telling her I found a system that works for me. It is none of her business how I lost it.
As you can tell I really do not like her. she does not like it when you say you do not want this test or that test. If there is nothing wrong do not try to fix it.

Good idea on the bra. :) Your pot pie meal sounds nice. I love pot pie.
