To be fit is to be able to move WITHOUT pain. I have been suffering with what I thought was a sciatic nerve issue since our long road trip early July. It's called piriformis syndrome, a runners injury.
I DONT RUN. Having PT to relieve pain, strengthen muscles to avoid this happening again. A fitness center is around the corner, literally half a block away. I may just sign up for their senior fit classes. They have an interesting barre program that mixes ballet, yoga and Pilates. Anything sounds welcome to this literally pain-in-the-behind syndrome.
