Something that Dr.McDougall says, you have to eat a rainbow. For lunch I had my rutabaga-potato-carrot-butternut squash soup with a few roasted brussel sprouts tossed in. Dinner was romaine with avocado and a potato salad (roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, green olives, chives, sweet relish).

I love colorful food! :) I had the prettiest hamburger at the party last night! LOL
