 Post subject: Raising bread?

I'm wanting to make some bread but... what is "room temp"? :? It feels cold to me and I can't quite imagine the bread doing its thing in here. I read that just putting it in the oven (if it has a pilot light or if you turn the oven light on) will work but I am skeptical.

Room temp is 68-72, but warmer is better.

I put mine on top of the fridge, since warm air rises, and the heat from the coils is more plentiful there.
