Dh's blood sugars are NOT doing well. It doesn't make sense.

More tweaking. This is consuming all my brain power right now. How can meat and rabbit food make his sugar rise? Then it drops into the 70's? HUH? :?

Altho' I lost weight in 3 days of the Fat Flush, I felt hungry. There was food to eat but it was like eating air-food. It just isn't satisfying. sigh I LOVE seeing that number on the scale, tho'! 8-) I figured the meat would satiate us, but no.

Dh didn't even lose weight.

Just whining. (Glad I didn't throw out the tofu yet!)

It makes perfect sense if you read Dr. Barnard's book - fat blocks the insulin receptors so that insulin cannot work properly.

(good thing you kept that tofu! You'd THROW OUT perfectly good tofu? )

The dietary kind, of course! The kind you ingest when you eat animal products :ugeek:
