sigh Gray skies. Tired. Hormonal. Confused.

I haven't been able to make myself do much today. As I was waiting for dh to get home with bleach to "bathe" my foods in, I discovered it is no longer the preferred method; now it's vinegar. sigh

I'm a slow learner so all these constant changes really do a number on me. (That was so 60's! LOL)

I did do 1/2 of my exercises but still need to walk for 20 min. Or, I'll be happy to get 10 minutes of walking in. Early to bed tonight - maybe about 9 - in hopes I can actually go to sleep.

Guess I just wanted to whine. Or, no, it is to "record" or be "accountable" - yeah. That's what I'm doing.

Don't be so hard on yourself, Sis - you're the coolest! : )
