I don't know what happened but I ate everything in sight yesterday! Thankfully it was all vegan but sheesh! I hope to take the kids to the park today and I'll get some exercise and sunshine.

Was it because I tho't I *could* since I was down 3 more pounds?
Was it hormones? (Hard to tell these days.)
Was it boredom because I took a day "off"?
Am I missing something in my diet that I was trying to fill?

:ugeek:

I find that certain things make me do the same thing. The main culprits are sleep deprivation, stress and boredom. And occasionally, I do just feel really hungry. Sometimes I'm craving something salty or sweet and I just overdo it. I just forgive myself and get back on track the next day.

It's weird. Saturday, sunday and monday were terrible. I just ate and ate and ate. Today - I had breakfast, lunch, a snack, and it's almost dinner time. Now the real finish will be if and what I might eat after dinner but I'm not feeling that urge to eat today. :?: :?: :?: It's not ME - I mean not like "willpower" or something. I'm not having to fight the urges; they're just gone. Praise God!
