(((Sis)))) I feel your pain.

I let my sweet tooth get the better of me this week. My niece bought chocolate covered doughnuts and then my dd made browies!
I ate some of each. :oops: and I know better!
I forgot to weigh on the wii but when I stepped on the kitchen scales they show a 2 lb gain. Serves me right! The wii may show more but I'll check it tomorrow.
I'm at 158.5 from the kitchen scale.
I DID go today and restock my fruits and veggies and multi grain bread. I do not want to get back up over 160 when I worked so hard to get below that.

Ok.. so I went for a 3 mile run this afternoon. Then for a snack I had my usual yogurt and fruit.
Time for me to get back with the program, lol!
I have a 10K race next Saturday and a Half marathon in early Nov. Sigh.
I really want to improve in my overall fitness and sweet junk food is only hurting me.
I WILL be good ... I will be good...
