The McDougall's have updated some recipes.

Mediterranean bowl with bulgar wheat and garbanzos plus veggies
Mayan bowl with brown rice or quinoa and pinto or black beans
Asian bowl with brown rice and Adzuki beans

The combo of veggies make them different along with the sauces.
