Just curious, if you're not eating meat, are you taking a B12 supplement? All the vegan resources I've been using, are very adament that you must, so I've been taking one. I actually already had some on hand, that I had bought to boost my energy, but had forgotten about it.

I take it when I remember. Your body stores it for a long time, and not every vegan ever becomes deficient without supplementation. It DOES come a few other places (like nutritional yeast)
I think we should take it - but if I forget for a month - I don't stress about it : )

Yeah, I don't stress about it and don't take it every single day. I probably take it 2-3 times a week, when I think about it. I heard you can get some from nutritional yeast and seaweed (?), but I haven't had either of those things yet.
